Clark was chosen as the student of the month from his class for the month of November.
He didn't know about the award or the fact that I was at the assembly to see him get the award until it happened, so here is his name getting called:

Clark was not loving being in the spot light, so I think we was more excited to be done and sit down then he was to actually get the award, but so it goes.
We are so proud of our little 1st grader! Clark loves school and works so hard at being a great student. I think he has only missed 1 or 2 spelling words all semester long and really does find that acceptable, so we are constantly working to make sure everything is done perfectly in his eyes....not sure where he got his perfectionism at all! :)
He really is a great kid and we love having him in our family.
Way to go Clark!

Omgosh how cute is that!!!! What a stud. All four of those kids are 1st graders? The girl on the far left is TaLl lol..
