We had a wonderful Christmas in Seattle with my family. Christmas Eve we had a wonderful dinner thanks to Nana with everyone eventually arriving to enjoy time together.
I didn't get any pictures that night since I was too busy holding a miserable Clark who was covered in hives from a reaction to stopping the medicine for his ear ache a few days earlier, but we all participated in the nativity story with hand puppets Nana had made (which each family received a set of later...thanks Nana!) and opened presents from the person who had our name.
It was a fun night!
After a great night sleep, our boys woke up about 8:30a (with Clark thankfully feeling a lot better a ready to enjoy Christmas). We walked out of our room downstairs at Nana and Papa's to find that Santa did find us there.
He brought Clark a big boy bike, helmet, puzzle, some new books and fun stocking stuffers
So we headed upstairs and had fun opening lots of fun presents with the whole family.
I missed pictures of most of the actual presents, but we were spoiled once again this year, so thank you everyone.
This was Logan's favorite and here he is asking Daddy to open his GeoTrax train.
After all the presents where opened, Clark took Emily and Lauren downstairs to help try out one of his new tents from Nana and Papa. We didn't have enough room for the crawling tubes as well, but they all had a great time in their new hiding place.
Clark and Logan both had a fun time and enjoyed the beautiful day.
Hopefully we'll get some nice weather again soon, so we can ride again soon.
Later that weekend, we managed to get some family pictures in since everyone was home.
The kids took some great pictures while they were waiting for all the adults to get there.
I especially love the one with the three cousins and couldn't resist the one with Emily carrying Logan as she was always so willing to help with Logan while we were there and Logan loved the attention.
They sure are super cute kids!
I didn't get any pictures of everyone with my camera, so Jason and Lisa or Papa will have to share, but here are a few of the others we took:
Papa and Nana with all the grandkids; Jason, Lisa and the girls;
a new family photo for our little family; and one with my parents and siblings.
a new family photo for our little family; and one with my parents and siblings.
What a fun few weeks. We had a great time and enjoyed spending time with everyone.
It always comes to an end too soon, but it was great to see all of my family while it lasted.
Thanks to all of our family and friends for all of your wonderful gifts.
We had a wonderful 2009 and hope you enjoyed your holidays as well.

Looks like you guys had a great christmas. Traditions are so fun. Isn't it fun to have Christmas with cousins. I remember when we were little at Grandmas house. They are the best memories.
