Our new toy

So Brian has wanted a new camera for a while and when our old one started having issues, I added it to my want list as well.

The problem was that we really want a Canon XSI, but it was kind of out of our price range, but apparently we are extremely loved this year, because we found an amazing deal at Costco for the exact camera we wanted!

Basically someone brought their XSI back to Costco after not even opening most of the stuff in the box deciding they wanted a T1i and once the boxes are open, Costco can't sell them at full price, so they go in the "second look" case. We just happened to be looking/dreaming since Costco was having a great sale on their cameras, when one the workers pointed out that there was a XSI in the second look case for a lot cheaper plus the sale discount. After realizing that most of the seals in the box hadn't even been broken we realize that we were buying a brand new camera with a cheaper price!

Basically we love and have had some fun experimenting so far.

If you notice any of the qualities of our pictures improving you can credit the camera, if you don't notice any improvement with the pictures then it is probably due to the inexperience of the photographer....oh well...we'll have to keep practicing! :)
