Double Birthday Party

Friday we had a double birthday party for the boys to celebrate Logan turning 3 and Clark's 5th Birthday (in April). We had a total of 16 kids between all their friends and had a great time.

We played "Which Train is missing" first. These kids are super smart when it comes to naming which Thomas character went missing each round.

 While playing the train game, Brian and some other Mom's helped each of the kids make their own little pizzas for lunch.

 Then, while the pizzas cooked it was onto more games in the garage.

The big kids pinned the X on the spot

 while the littler kids put #1 on Thomas.

 All the kids got to take turns throwing bean bags at the ship....Clark is super excited here since he just made one..and there was also a lot of excited chasing games going on as well.

 We enjoyed a pizza lunch and then it was time for the cakes

 We sang to Clark first and let him blow out his candles

 Next was Logan's turn and he was a little excited about the cake in case you can't tell from his cute little face.

 and then immediately dug into the cake with his face! Guess those wheels looked super yummy.

 Clark's preschool teacher, Miss Jesika, and her son Carter were even nice enough to spend her day off at Clark's party. She is such a cute teacher...we love her!

After food it was present time of course!

My boys favorite part.

They were spoiled from all their friends and here is Clark with his garden present from one of the girls in his class....that hat didn't leave his head for the rest of the party! :)

 And Logan opening up some of his presents as well.

 Finally, it was time for one last game before sending all the kids home. I took the little kids back to the garage to do the pull string Thomas pinata, which was a huge hit and really nice to only have the 8 smaller kids do...much calmer. (I got no pictures of that event however since the camera went with the bigger kids.)

Clark had wanted to do a treasure hunt, so that is want we sent the bigger kids off with Brian to do.

 Once they dug it up, it was time to open the treasure and find their goody bags!

 "Thanks for coming Miss Jessika" and a hug for her and most of his friends on their way out was mister Clark's cute way of saying Thank you!

Logan was too busy back inside checking out all the news toys to be bothered to say thank you by this point. :)

Thanks to everyone who came and for all the thoughtful gifts you shared with my two boys. They love them and have been playing with the new toys ever since.
