Thanksgiving

Ok, so this post is a little late, but I am still wondering how it got to be December already?!
Anyway, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Brian had the whole week off of school, so we headed up to Nana and Papa's house for the week.
We started the trip out by anxiously awaiting news from Jason and Lisa in California...it finally came and we have a new niece. Abigail Jane was born on November 19th, so we were super excited for them and it was fun to be present when Nana got the news of the new arrival!

I will admit that I didn't do a great job of taking pictures this trip, but during the rest of the trip we did a lot of:
 RELAXING!
Nothing like lounging around as Logan demonstrated well.
We of course ate tons of amazing food...no pics to prove it, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
Logan will also tell you as he was always wanting more of something :)
The boys did help Nana make some yummy cookies...
Who knew Odis had such amazing Strawberry shortcake cookies?! I might be wishing those could be bought anywhere else but on school fundraisers.
Clark was definitely willing to take Uncle Ryan's advice and eat the cookie dough plain, but Logan thought cooked was a better plan.
On top of cooking, eating and relaxing, there was also LOTS of shopping (yeah to finally having all my favorite stores close by again) and a date or two for Mom and Dad.
Thanks for letting us come visit Nana and Papa!
We had a great time and are extremely grateful for all the blessing we have been given, but most especially for family!
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving too.
