SNOW!

Did I mention in that last post that it snowed?!
Yep Seattle had a white Thanksgiving.
It started snowing Sunday afternoon. By that night it had stuck enough that Clark felt it was time to go out and play.
Logan ventured out for little while as well
They had a great time dancing in the snowflakes and trying to catch flakes in their mouths
and I am pretty sure Clark would have stayed out all night if we would have let him.
The finally agreed to come in, only because I think he finally got cold!
The next morning it was straight back outside though, even though it was like a high of 20 that day, he was not deterred and the parents finally gave in for short periods of time.
He tried eating snow this day and really liked that adventure.
It snowed off and on and stayed FREEZING cold until Thanksgiving morning when it finally started to warm up and melt. Before it could melt though, the boys got Papa to come out a build a snowman with them in the 6-8 inches that had accumulated of the 4 days.
Papa helped Clark get the eyes and nose on and Logan tried to eat the face parts (carrots) faster then Clark and Papa could get them on the snowman!
Logan wasn't so sure about all this playing in the cold, but was a good sport and played with his brother.

In the end, there was a great snowman,
some cold boys,
but boys who were really happy with their creation. Thanks Papa we had a great time playing in the snow!
Clark also thought about helping Papa shovel snow, but a snowball fight soon was started by a certain 4 year old that was much more fun than work and also officially ended Logan's snow time.
It was so fun to see and play in snow again, but we were also glad it melted before our drive home!

The weather was so miserable here over the holiday. So glad that somebody enjoyed it. I'm sure Justin would have loved to be out there playing too but I could bring myself to let him go out at 18 degrees with the horrible tri-cities winds. Looks like your boys had a great time. Made some good memories with Papa!
