100s Day

We reached the 100th day of school on Tuesday, March 12th this year.

Logan's class celebrated their with a some 100 activities and tie-dying shirts, so though I have no pictures of his class, he said it was a great day!

Clark's school did their annual 100s Day Parade with hats.

Clark chose to decorate his hat with marshmallows on toothpicks this time and decided that 50 toothpicks with 50 marshmallows would make up his 100 things (his parents loved the adding idea opposed to 100 of the marshmallow/toothpick units needing to be glued on the hat!)

Clark worked hard helping to create his hat and had it done the day before:

We managed a quick picture with the cute boy and his hat before heading out the door for school that morning:

He made me promise I would come to his class for the parade, so Logan, Aubrie and I showed up just in time to catch the end of the 100 piece necklace stringing activity which he loved working on with friends in case you can't tell:

Then it was parade time, so here is the beginning of his class joining on to the hat parade line:

The get to walk through every class in the school to show off their hats and pick up more classes as they go:

Then the when they get back to their classroom they take their seats again and watch the rest of the kids in the parade behind them file through their classroom as they continue the parade back to their own rooms:

Once it was done they went back to finishing their necklaces

before it was time to go home.
