Clark sat on Santa's lap!
He has always been scared of Santa even when he was a baby, but the other night we were at the mall and were walking past Santa. We asked Clark if he wanted to go see Santa and he said ok.
He was a little hesitant at first and held on tight to Dad's hand as he told Santa what he wanted for Christmas, but then he loosened up and climbed up for a little chat.
Once he realized he got a candy cane for visiting Santa, he was definitely Santa's new friend and wanted to go back later.
Now he wants to know when Santa is coming to our house.

I think it's so funny how kids are always scared of the nicest guy in the world! I am glad he braved it and made friends with Santa.
