FHE lessons lately

Amazing Brian has been in his element with creative lessons in the last month or so. Here are some pictures of 3 lesson nights we have done recently.
First up...Noah and the Arc.
This lesson actually took two Monday nights to complete. The first Monday the boys spent time working on building their arc out of Popsicle sticks with Dad.
Walls are going up:
Almost done:
Then the next Monday night we actually got into reading the story and filling our arc with animals.
Here's Clark with his animals he is putting in the arc:
and Logan with his:
Lets get all the animals in:
Fill it up:
What comes after everyone is in the arc? Rain of course!
This might have been the boys favorite part.
And of course the animals played in the water that was left once the flood was over and they could come out of the arc.
Next up was a lesson about Nephi hunting with his bow and arrow.
Daddy red the story to the boys that night and then the fun really started.
The boys got to do dots to dots (made by Dad of course) that they discovered were animals when completed and then color them to complete the effect:
We had a Tiger:
Elephant:
Snake:
and Camel:
that the boys finished up and hung on the wall ready to hunt.
Then out came our "bow" and arrows (or arrow launcher thanks to a Christmas present from Aunt Kim and Uncle Jared to the boys).
The boys got to take turn shooting off arrows and if the arrow hit the paper then that animals we killed and removed from the hunting wall.
Needless to say, these two boys LOVED our hunting like Nephi activity and might have done it more than a few times that night as well as more times that week.
Clark with the last kill of the night:
Finally, the last lesson to share is from the other night. Dad spent time after work making this awesome pictogram of Lehi's travels with his family:
Once it was done he cut it apart and after hearing the story, the boys got to work on putting the puzzle back together to see if they could complete Lehi's journey.
They were successful:
Here is the completed work:
And the two proud boys with their work:
(I also have a video of them working on it, but it doesn't want to upload right now, so maybe I'll try again later.)

Basically, we love Daddy's lessons and all of his creative fun that we get to enjoy. Thanks Daddy for making our FHE nights so much fun!

Your FHE nights are pretty impressive! Maybe you two should think about publishing a FHE kit or idea book! Now I'm inspired to be a little more creative with ours! So fun!
